If you are a current resident of Coromandel, please be sure to check your emails regular for e-mail notices. Management regularly sends out e-mail blast notices in lieu of using the bulletin boards in the Condominium buildings and at the Townhome and Manor home mailboxes.
**Board Meeting Dates for the current year will be posted to all respective community bulletin boards at the beginning of the year. Please check each Association’s drop-down menu for up-to-date Board meeting dates, cancellations, etc. Email blasts will also be sent out to all owners as soon as a meeting is cancelled or rescheduled.
**Board Meetings are also posted to the Coromandel website’s Calendar page as well as the ‘Updates TV’ in the Clubhouse within the management office.
