Condo – Bike Registration

If you are a Condominium owner/resident that will be storing your bicycle(s) in a bike room OR on a bike rack, this form must be filled out and submitted. Once this form is filled out, you will receive a bicycle sticker (no charge) that will need to be placed anywhere that is visible on your bicycle(s). If you have more than three bicycles to register, please submit another form. If you already have a sticker on your bike, please indicate so in the appropriate field and fill out the remaining fields to ensure your bicycle(s) is/are propertly registered.
